An estate clubhouse and its support buildings needed structured cabling, door access, fire detection, and CCTV, each with its own drawings, containment, and turnover requirements. Splitting the scope across four contractors would have meant four schedules on the same ceiling grid and no single owner for the punch list.
We designed the four systems on common containment: one tray plan, one riser, one grounding scheme. Cable pulls were phased to follow the fit-out trades, and every device location was coordinated on a single drawing set signed by our in-house engineers.
Completed phases have been certified and turned over with as-builts, test results, and permits in a single binder per building. The engagement continues on the next phase of the estate, with the same crews and the same drawing standards.
